Committed to conservation for over 100 years with 50 000 members, 500 active volunteers, 400 paid staff in mainland France and a network of local associations that are active in 79 French departments, today the LPO is France’s largest conservation organisation.

With much experience in coordinating LIFE projects, it will ensure that those actions implemented by the 6 associated beneficiaries in the OR’s (Outermost Regions with the EU) abide to their commitments to the European Commission.
